Welcome to TABL. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TABL mobile application and associated services provided by TABL AS. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use TABL, you must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 Permitted Use

You may use TABL to:

  • Browse venues and events
  • Make table reservations
  • Purchase access, upgrades, or promotions
  • Manage your profile and preferences

2.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to extract data
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify support@tabl.no immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

TABL facilitates bookings between you and partnered venues. Each venue has its own cancellation policy. TABL is not responsible for venue-side changes or cancellations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technologies on TABL are the exclusive property of TABL AS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

TABL may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy, content, or practices of these external services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TABL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost bookings, user error, system outages, or actions by third-party venues. TABL does not guarantee venue availability or that venues will meet user expectations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the service unlawfully.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Oslo, Norway.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
