Statholderens Mat og Vinkjeller is our informal restaurant located beneath Statholdergaarden, in the original white 17th-century cellar vaults. Our specialty is an exciting 10-course menu that changes themes every six weeks. These menus are very popular and reasonably priced. We also create exciting wine menus to complement the food. We also have a rich and exciting a la carte menu featuring Scandinavian food with influences from European cuisine.
