About
Bent Stiansen and head chef Torbjørn Forster compose an exciting 6-course gourmet menu with added surprises. The menu varies according to the seasons and we take pride in using Norwegian ingredients when they are at their best. Statholdergaarden is our gourmet restaurant and since 1998 we have defended a star in the Michelin guide. The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 18.00. Closed Sundays, all Red Days, Christmas Eve, Easter and 3 weeks in the summer.
